Kaeser screw compressors with V-belt drive are economical, efficient, and reliable. The automatic tensioning device ensures excellent transmission efficiency over the life of the unit and reduces maintenance costs. Screw compressors with V-belt drive are especially flexible if an increase in working pressure becomes necessary.

Direct Drive Rotary Screw Compressors
With Kaeser’s one-to-one drive, the airend is directly connected to the motor via a maintenance-free coupling that eliminates transmission losses. Kaeser’s direct drive screw compressors deliver outstanding performance and increase energy savings. Kaeser uses oversized airends specifically selected to produce the required output in flow and pressure. Compared to compressors using small, high-speed, gear-driven airends, the one-to-one drive provides significant savings.

Variable Frequency Drive Screw Compressors
Kaeser’s Sigma Frequency Control (SFC) compressors combine our Sigma Profile airends and revolutionary Sigma Control system with the latest in variable frequency drive (VFD) technology. Kaeser uses large, optimized airends turning at slower speeds for more efficient performance across the entire speed range.

Kryosec refrigerated dryers typify renowned ‘Made in Germany’ quality. They provide dependable drying in ambient temperatures up to 122 °F and ensure high efficiency performance through their low maintenance design and the minimal pressure loss heat exchanger system. With their compact footprint they are exceptionally versatile and are ideal for locations where space is at a premium.
Non-Cycling Refrigerated Dryers
Kaeser’s H series dryers are hot gas by-pass valve-controlled for reliable performance – even when operating in ambient temperatures as high 110°F . Constructed from high-quality, industrial materials for a long service life, these dryers offer a very low pressure drop. Our proven stainless-steel heat exchanger technology maximizes performance and produces dew points as low as 38ºF. Integrated automatic drain trap quickly and automatically removes condensate for optimum dryer performance, and the reduced footprint minimizes space requirements.

The Kaeser Condensate Filter (KCF) is a convenient and economical way to handle contaminated compressor condensate in most small to midsize systems. The easily-removable cartridge separates the oil from the water. The water can be discharged into any municipal drain. After 4-6 months of use, the cartridge is then sent for proper disposal in the disposal bag provided.

Kaeser’s Eco-Drain Series of electronic condensate drain traps efficiently eliminate moisture from the compressed air system. They are ideally suited for equipment such as dryers and filters. The capacitance sensor technology ensures that only condensate is released – not valuable compressed air.

Automatic Magnetic Drains

Kaeser Automatic Magnectic Drains (AMD) remove condensate and other contaminants from your air system. The large capacity of automatic magnetic drains makes them suitable for a broad range of applications. Highly dependable and requiring little maintenance, automatic magnetic drains maintain a “liquid seal” which prevents compressed air loss. Unlike traditional float drains, the operating mechanisms are isolated from condensate so no fouling or sticking occurs.

Steel Fab is among the largest manufacturers of ASME air receivers in North America. They are a key supplier to most major compressor OEMs and compressor distributors. Their facility has multiple production lines dedicated to pressure vessels ranging from 10” to 72” diameter. They carry a large inventory of standard commercial and industrial air receivers for immediate shipment.
In addition to providing standard product, Steel Fab has been fabricating custom vessels since 1933. They have many work stations capable of manufacturing custom products up to 144” in diameter.
